Tuesday, May 1st

Today was a very nice and sunny day, with a high of 72ºF.  Right now there are some cirrostratus clouds covering about 70% of the sky, and the temperature is 68ºF.  The dew point is 55ºF, the pressure is 29.67 in, and there is a wind from the southeast at about 10 mph.  The temperature has been dropping throughout the day because there are several low pressure systems moving in from the west.  There are some thunderstorms over the state of Minnesota that should make their way over tonight.  The southerly wind will keep bringing warm air from the warm front located south of the state, and the temperature will not drop too much tonight.  A low of 60ºF is expected, along with about a half an inch of rain.  Tomorrow should bring warmer temperatures in the mid 80s, and another thunderstorm or two may pass through.
